That’s a term that my friend Suzanne uses for folks who are one woman/man shows.  I like it, and I feel like it really describes what I do here at DivaFictionBytes.  I am all of the following:  the head writer (shoot- I’m the only writer), manager of the website (thanks for the many lessons Suzanne), the VP of Marketing, and the customer service rep.  It’s a lot to keep straight.  Which is why I am also the Queen of List Making.  I am also the Queen of List Misplacing, but that is neither here, nor there.

As a solopreneur, it’s important that I don’t drop any of the major balls.  It’s fun, challenging, and crazy-making.  But professionally, I have a sense of calmness and well-being I have never experienced before.  Seriously.  And work is on my mind all the time- in a “I’ve got to remember to take care of this, that, or the other” kind of way, as opposed to the “God, how am I going to make it through another week of working in the midst of crazy without killing someone” kind of way.

Happy Monday.  I’m off to finish and edit some stuff, as well as write some new Freebie Fiction.  My work is never done, and I’m loving it.
