KaTrina Love Abram.
She made the 15th comment on the site, and will get a three month membership.  Yay!
Now, I’ve got to go think of something else to decree.  ’Cause I’m the Head Diva around here.  OK.  I’m the only Diva around here.  Whatever!

Man Shopping

I have always wanted a BFF.  Like Oprah and Gail.  Batman and Robin.  Ethel and Lucy.  What I got instead, was Adrienne.  The woman who had decided that it was her mission in life to get me dating, married, and mommied before all of my eggs dried up.

WIP- Part 2

I just finished writing Work In Progress- Part 2 and I have to say that I am pretty pleased with myself.  Except that it was only supposed to be a two parter, and now there’s going to be three.  Because I don’t know how it ends yet.
And I know you are saying, but you are the writer, you are supposed to know how it ends.

Me:  Tyler, why did you leave your shoes in the middle of the floor?  I just tripped over them.
Possible Response #1:  blank stare with a shrug and no answer
Possible Response #2:  just a shrug and no answer
Possible Response #3:  blank stare, no shrug, and no …

I’m feeling all randomish (yes- I know I just made that up) this afternoon.  So, I decided to offer a free three month membership to the 15th person to leave a comment on the website.  Any page, any post.
Winner will be announced as soon as possible after the 15th comment is made.
Oh yeah, and I just created this new category- Diva Notices and Decrees- where you will find more of this kind of stuff.

That’s a term that my friend Suzanne uses for folks who are one woman/man shows.  I like it, and I feel like it really describes what I do here at DivaFictionBytes.  I am all of the following:  the head writer (shoot- I’m the only writer), manager of the website (thanks for the many lessons Suzanne), the VP of Marketing, and the customer service rep.  It’s a lot to keep straight.  Which is why I am also the Queen of List Making.  I am also the Queen of List Misplacing, but …
