This is so not fair.
She never let’s me have any fun.
Why couldn’t she stay over on myspace doing her teeny bopper thing?
Why does she have to come over here and get all up in my business?
Kids just don’t understand.
We parents need a place of our own.
And I know she’s gonna be checking up on me and my friends.
Shoot- and I won’t be able to talk about her as much.
What’s a mother to do?

Kick her off Facebook…lol…hmmm block her from being your friend and make your page Private.
xoxo
I just joined Facebook myself in 2009 and just now on Nightline they are saying Facebook is so 2008 and Twitter is the thing. (sigh)
I am just getting used to face book. I have a twitter account. I just have not taken the time to figure out what to do with it. My daughter claimed my sisters and I stalked her page. She never looked at my page.
@Yas- girl, she spends most of her time IMing her friends. She likes that they can communicate in “real time”- her exact words. LOL
@Dera- I do find that I troll Twitter a lot more. I think it’s that “hit it and quit it” mentality. You can drop in, see what’s being said, and then dip out pretty quickly- and no one gets bent.
@Lashonda-I had a Twitter account for MONTHS and I couldn’t get the hang of it. And then one day it just clicked for me- I don’t have the time or the inclination to read EVERY single thing that comes across my page. I’d never get anything done. Also, Tweetdeck changed the Twitter world for me forever. Download an app that will help you manage things, and Twitter will start to make since. I like Tweetdeck because I can have a bunch of columns, so it’s much easier to figure things out. I just added a column for local tweets and is cool to have all of that in one place. Just a suggestion. LOL
@ Lashonda- download an app and Twitter will make “sense”. LOL. Now hopefully my response makes sense.
Leave your response!
