Prince Opus iPod
I am a HUGE Prince fan. Did I say HUGE? That probably doesn’t even begin to describe it.
For Christmas, The Man gave me a coffee table book detailing the Beloved Purple One’s career. No one can touch that book but me. Unless they are ready to die. And for the record, I don’t have a coffee table. A story for another day.
Before I hit the road this morning for a day of meetings in Columbia, I heard that the Prince Opus iPod was being released today. I couldn’t leave the house until I had the skinny.

I know that Apple has done this before for U2 , J.K. Rowling, and The Beatles (which is ironic because you can’t even buy Beatles music on iTunes- pisses me off because there are a few Beatles originals that I want- but I digress.)
I wonder how much they’ll go for on eBay?

But I do love me some Prince. Not all of his work (cuz, he does get a little ‘out there’…) but most of it. He’s a genius of a little man, and more than a little freaky. Freaky enough to make me giggle, which is sayin’ somethin’…
But sorry, Beloved Purple One…I’ve got better things to do with $2,100, thank you very much.
