What I’m Working With

21 September 2009 543 views 5 Comments

New projects abound.  I’ve got more ideas than I have time.  But the funny thing is, I’ve been using pen and paper more than I’ve used my beloved Mac lately.  Don’t know what that’s about, but the words have been flowing, and that is what we writers crave.

Here are a few pics of my favorite work tools- just cause.

Notebooks

Yes, I do use multiple notebooks.  Don’t judge me.

pensOne is blue ink and one is black ink.  Duh.

my Mac

And of course, my beloved.

So, it’s back to less talking about writing and more writing.  Which is what I’ve actually been doing.  Imagine that.

You’ll all know what’s up very soon.

Okay…….hop to it. lol. Your starving public awaits the next “byte” of fiction. Okay, maybe not “starving”, but I admit, I am going through a little withdrawal…. I’m checking the archives to make sure I haven’t missed anything…..

Vince shakes his head every time I come in the house with yet another swanky notebook intended to spur my creativity….And now I’m on the pen kick…grabbing refills for this well-writing Dr. Grip Gel pen you’ve introduced me too. Love them. I’ve been handwriting everything in notebooks lately. I have a separate notebook for each project…much to Vince’s dismay b/c he has to carry my bag when we are out. LOL! And you know, I never know which project I’ll want to work on, so I’ve gotta take almost all of the notebooks….just in case….I’m just sayin…

Everything I consider my best writing has strangely been done in pencil on yellow legal pads. No clue what that’s about.
