Djuanna Brockington is the owner, writer, and often frazzled brain behind DivaFictionBytes.  I love, love, love reading fiction, but because of my busy life as a single mom, consultant, girlfriend, etc, my fiction reading is usually confined to 15 minutes before bedtime.  Except, I seldom make it the full amount of time before I am catching zzz’s.

And then came the Blackberry.  And I was able to get my email on the fly.  And all was right with the world.  I found myself with portable entertainment at my fingertips at all times.

Which got me to thinking ( and thinking can be very dangerous for folks like me). Wouldn’t it be nice to have fiction delivered like all the email and blogs that I read? And thus DivaFictionBytes was born.

I write short fiction that you can get through in a matter of minutes.  Just what you need when you need it.  My goal is to entertain you.

I don’t just write fiction.  I am a blogger as well (isn’t everyone?), so you will be able to get a glimpse of my life as a writer, mother, and entrepreneur.  Now, here’s the label warning- it might get a little strange, complicated, and convoluted in my head.  I’m just saying.  I process things a little differently than others.  Or maybe that is just what I tell myself in order to feel special.  Either way, come and see for yourself- and let me know what you really think.
