This freakin’ book scared the crap out of me.
So much so that I haven’t finished reading it yet.
But you’ll have to check out my review at UrbanBeatzInc to find out why.
And yes, I wrote a review on a book I haven’t finished yet.
More reading on my part. Trying to keep up with my goal for the year- 52 books. So far, I’ve hit 5 books.
Don’t judge me.
Instead, check out my review of South of Broad over at UrbanBeatz,Inc.
And happy Thursday.
It’s been quiet over here. There’s a reason for that. Writing, writing, writing, and some reading thrown in.
I read That Devil’s No Friend of Mine by JD Mason.
Go to Urban Beatz, Inc for the review.
This is the third book in Jen Lancaster’s memoir series. It was typical Jen.
A good read if you are thinking about losing weight as a New Year’s Resolution.
I don’t make resolutions anymore, but that’s neither here nor there.
Loved this book. It was fun. Sort of like a cross between a travelogue and QVC.

Happy Thursday.
I am an avid reader. Or I should say that I used to be. In the past, it was not uncommon for me to read 6-8 books a month. As a single mom with a kick-ass job, no less.
It’s Urban Beatz Inc review day.
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
Small book, big message. Pick it up and begin the journey towards your own personal legend- if you haven’t already.

Check out my review for Bright Lights, Big Ass.
It’s funny.
The book, not the review.
Anyway, mosey on over to Urban Beatz, Inc and see what I have to say.
